Star Girl

This charming girl, with her cape of stars, is part of the Grimm's fairy tale "Star Taler" or "Star Money" in which a poor, homeless girl gives away the few items she has, until she gives away her last item of clothing to a naked beggar. As she stands alone with nothing, she sees stars fall from the skies creating a cape. She lifts it up to catch the falling stars, which become money and she lives comfortably the rest of her life. A wonderful addition to story sacks and fairytale story time.
